The start / finish line will proudly be hosted at the Shattuck Country Club and bring you through the town of Jaffrey where you will cheered on by the locals with our famous cow bells.....well, they will be famous after this race! ALL COURSES ARE USATF CERTIFED. The course follows back country roads with rolling hills with the largest elevation gain of 250 on one hill spread out over .75 miles (Witt Hill Rd.) 1.76 miles of the course are on a small dirt road. The final few miles of the course follow Rt. 124 back towards the center of town where you will be rewarded with commanding views of Mt. Monadnock. Throughout the course, we will have water / gatorade / Gu© stops (@ every 2 miles) and cheer stations to both feed your body and spirit. When on Rt 124, PLEASE stay to the right as the road will be open to vehicle traffic. We will have The Jaffrey Police department ensuring our safety at key areas of the race....PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE obey them. While a smooth race is definitely a goal of ours and the JPD, a SAFE race is more important.
