Registration procedure:

1. Fill-up official registration form
- get hard copies from CMPs
- request for soft copies from happy.rcmakati@gmail.com
- pick up hard copies from Makati Rotary Club Foundation office on Camia Street,
Guadalupe Viejo, Makati

2. Send completed registration form
- fax to 8990739
- email to happy.rcmakati@gmail.com
- deliver to Makati Rotary Club Foundation office on Camia Street, Guadalupe Viejo, Makati

3. You will receive confirmation of receipt

Payment methods:

1. Deposit to BPI (Rotary Club of Makati, Inc; acct # 0281-0424-24) then fax deposit slip to 8990739 or email to happy.rcmakati@gmail.com. Please indicate name of registrant on the deposit slip. Receipt of payments will be acknowledged via phone or email. Official receipts may be picked up at the Makati Rotray Club office. Unclaimed ORs will be enclosed in race kits.

2. Send payment to Makati Rotary Club Foundation office on Camia Street, Guadalupe Viejo, Makati. Official receipts will be issued on-site.

3. Payments must be received before the end of the registration period. Race kits will not be issued without full payment.
