Tabuelan 111 is a perfect tune up preparation for the upcoming Cobra 70.3 Ironman Cebu slated on August 2013. Slots are limited to 200 individuals and 50 relay entries so register now!

1. Fill-up and complete online registration form
   • Individual Registration form or
   • Relay Registration form or
2. Deposit payment to any Bank of the Philippines Islands (BPI) branch to
   • Account Name: WILFREDO T. BARCENAS JR.
   • Account Number: 1190-001888
   • Account Type: Checking account
3. Email/text the following to junbarz@tabuelan111.com/+63.922.822.8225
   • REGISTRATION ID (sent to your email afer completing step 1).
   • TRANSACTION NUMBER (Deposit slip - 8 alphanumeric characters found upper right)
   • TRANSACTION TIME (Deposit slip - a couple of lines below transaction number)

Final processing may take 3 to 5 working days before your name appears in the participant list

WITHDRAWAL POLICY:

If you have to withdraw from Tabuelan 111 Triathlon, withdrawal will be accepted until March 31, 2013 through email (junbarz@tabuelan111.com). Refund is less P500 for processing fee.

After March 31, 2013, all registration fees are non-refundable.
