PhilHealth Nationwide Run 2013 @ Tuguegarao City – February 17, 2013

This leg of the historic PhilHealth Run 2013, the country’s first simultaneous nationwide run, will start and finish at the Provincial Government Office (PGO) of Cagayan. It is located at the Regional Government Center at Carig, Tuguegarao City.

Proceeds of the run will go to the benefit of the PhilHealth Run’s National Sponsor, the Philippine Children Medical Center, and the regional beneficiary, The Reception and Study Center for Children (RSCC), a residential care facility of DSWD, which caters to children 0-6 years old who are victims of neglect, abandonment, child trafficking, physical maltreatment, and those voluntarily surrendered by their parents. It provides social, homelife, health, dietetic, education, psychological, and spiritual services to meet the needs of the children, providing an opportunity for them to grow and be nurtured in a “family” environment.
