RACE DETAILS:
Continuing its streak of organizing sports runs to promote health and wellness, Three Sixty Pharmacy is organizing the “One Thousand Cranes Run” set for May 22, 2011 Sunday at the Asiatown I.T. Park in Barangay Apas, Cebu City.  Assembly will be at 4:30 am and gun start at 5:15 am.

The “One Thousand Cranes Run” is for the earthquake and tsunami victims of Japan.  An ancient Japanese legend promises that anyone who folds a thousand origami cranes will be granted a wish by a crane, such as long life or recovery from illness or injury. The crane in Japan is one of the mystical or holy creatures (others include the dragon and the tortoise), and is said to live for a thousand years. In Japan, it is commonly said that folding 1000 paper origami cranes makes a person’s wish come true.

REGISTRATION FEES:
3k, 6k, Kiddie Dash (100m & 200m)  Php 400.00
15k  Php 500

Registration fees are inclusive of a Limited Edition Three Sixty Pharmacy Jersey, race bib number, and exclusive One Thousand Cranes canvas bag and goodies, map and refreshments at the finish line.  Plus, each registrant gets a Free Personal Accident Insurance with P50,000 coverage until January 15, 2012.

3k Fun Run, 6k Open (Male/Female), 15k Open (Male/Female), 100 meter & 200 meter Kiddie Dash.

Special awards include Best in Costume for male and female and the Biggest Delegation Award.

CASH PRIZES:
For Top 3K and Top 3kiddie dash (Mixed)– we will only give medals
For 6K = Top 3 winners women, 3 winners men (total of 6 winners)
1st place –  P 5,000
2nd place –    4,000
3rd place-       2,000

For 15K – 3 winners women, 3 winners men (total of 6 winners)
1st place – 10,000
2nd place – 7,000
3rd place – 5,000
Best in Costume – P 2,000

Donations and a portion of the Proceeds will be turned over the THE JAPAN RED CROSS SOCIETY
